WARRANTY REPAIRS
We DO NOT charge shipping for your damaged camera during the warranty period IF you purchased the camera from our store! Items purchased from other retailers are subject to a necessary shipping and handling fee. Another great reason to buy your next camera at Southern Photo!
NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS
Estimates are required for most items submitted to our store for non-warranty repair. There is a minimal charge for shipping to cover our labor and shipping. Estimates for non-warranty items generally take about two to three weeks.
